The planned logistics warehouse consists of three functional units: a high-bay warehouse suitable for racked storage, a cross-docking warehouse, and a refrigerated and frozen warehouse. The average internal height of the hall is 13.50 meters, while the internal height of the refrigerated and frozen storage areas is 6.00 meters. The planned storage height is 12.00 meters.
The Client intends the high-bay warehouse to be designed in a way that meets all potential future tenant requirements. To this end, we have applied stricter design standards.
The refrigerated and frozen storage areas are suitable for food storage. The high-bay warehouse is divided into two separate units. The refrigerated and frozen warehouses are of a box-in-box design, with an airlock room on the side facing the facade. Along the southern facade of the building, a warehouse mezzanine will be constructed, accessible from the office staircase.
In connection with the logistics warehouse, three multi-story office and social blocks will be constructed. Additionally, at three other locations within the hall, electrical and mechanical connections will be prepared for future development of single-story office spaces.
